Hand-crafted quality, inside and out.
Every piece in the Thomas Steele family is crafted by hand at our manufacturing facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Our distinctive designs are shaped, welded, assembled and finished not along an assembly line, but one at a time, by our skilled, experienced team.

Whether you choose Timeless Steele or Structural Steele, your finished Thomas Steele products will shine with rich, long-lasting color, in a staggering array of choices. Choose from our primary palette of 15 colors, or hundreds of custom shades--from earthy-brown subtle to candy-apple bright.

Our painted finishes get special attention with our exclusive Hardshell Powdercoat finishing process. In this meticulous, multi-step process, steel is mechanically cleaned, then bathed in a special formula to improve paint adhesion, electrostatically powdercoated in the color of your choice, and baked at more than 400 degrees to hardshell finish. We go over every piece by hand, too, to make sure it meets our strict quality standards. Our Hardshell Powdercoat process and careful craftsmanship ensure that colors stay bright and durable even under the heaviest of uses.
